OLD Email Communication (CC2.b)

Description
Course Description:
Email is the most common method of communicating in professional settings. The quality of an email will say a lot about an employee’s quality of work. Potential employers will often evaluate job applicants based on the quality of the email received. Therefore, understanding how to compose emails is an important professional skill to develop. This course will use several brief videos about sending professional-quality emails and will then require students to apply what they learned in the videos to several mock scenarios.
